REFUND POLICY
SBS Market Ltd is accountable for the rights of our customers (hereinafter as “We”, with regards to refunds the payments). Each of you has a possibility to get a refund for the provided services that are not really satisfactory. Your satisfaction is very important for us, that is why every refund request is processed with absolute attention and care.
When you decide to use the services of SBS Market Ltd, you need to remember that in case of your complaint you can ask for a refund only in accordance with SBS Market Ltd terms and conditions and eligibility criteria. Otherwise, your refund request will be declined.
SBS Market Ltd always supports every customer and helps to solve all the issues related to the refund requests.
BASIC INFORMATION
A refund can be obtained by the customer no later than within 14 days from the date when the provided services were received.
A refund request should be sent to the support department via email [email protected] or by the phone number set out on the website.
All the information related to the disputed payments will be verified by SBS Market Ltd to avoid unacceptable actions from the customers. That is why SBS Market Ltd reserves the right to request additional information from the customer, such as: the first and the last name, email, phone number, address, a refund request reason or any other information which may help to identify the disputed transaction on the bank account of the customer. If the customer does not provide us with the needed details or if we doubt about the authenticity of these details, the refund can be declined.
We always try to process your refund requests as fast as possible. Time interval of making a decision about the refund depends on the reasons for each refund request. But SBS Market Ltd always publicize the decision of the request according to the timescales written in the policy.
We approve or decline your refund requests only after scrupulous verification of your personal details. In case of not using the services, the customer should be deleted from the database, which means that he won`t be debited again.
Only the second transaction is refundable because the first transaction is always made by the customer on his own consent.
SBS Market Ltd can decide to give only a partial refund if the services were received by the customer. The amount of the refund is defined according to the reason of the refund request.
REFUND REQUEST MAKING
We provide assistance services connecting to refund requests by email [email protected] and by the phone number that you can find in our contact information.
Making a refund request you should write “Refund Request” in the subject line.
The payment method is always the same that it was originally. And in any case, the refund cannot be done by cash.
All the refunds are processed by the SBS Market Ltd responsible billing agents.
TIME INTERVAL
Within fourteen days from the refund form receipt, if necessary, we can contact the customer to provide us with additional details. And this information should be provided no later than fourteen days following this request.
It usually takes some time to make a decision according to the refund request, which can vary depending on some reasons. We contact the customer about the final resolution by email:
- during five days after receiving requested information;
- during five days after receiving a refund request if no additional information is needed.
In separate cases company reserves the right to make a refund without customer`s acceptance.
After approving the refund, we proceed with it within ten business days without undue delays.
SBS Market Ltd can decline a customer`s refund in such cases:
- when the timescales of the refund request were missed;
- when the user did not provide us with needed information.
CHARGEBACKS
If any misunderstandings exist, we expect our customers to contact us first in order to get the proper assistance. We are always ready to help you in solving all the problems connected to the disputed transactions for the services we provide. So in case when the customer submits the chargeback from his bank, we communicate with the bank and investigate every chargeback situation.
In case you request a chargeback, you can no longer count on the refund.
MISCELLANEOUS
Customer`s refund request does not guarantee the approval of this refund.
Extra fees appeared in the process of making a refund are not refundable.
SBS Market Ltd reserves the right to make changes in the Refund Policy periodically. If the decision for such changes is made, SBS Market Ltd make an appropriate report to the customers.
If the user does not accept the renewed Refund Policy for any reason, he cannot use the services of SBS Market Ltd anymore.
SBS Market Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses or lost profits connected to the provided services, the amount of payment or the refund processing time.
